2025 Registration

After completing and submitting your C4G2025 Registration Form, we will email you a payment link to make your Registration Fee Payment in order to secure your spot on the ride.

Please find the Registration Fee information below:

Total Registration Fee* – £1500

Payment options below:

  • 10% Early Bird Discount on fees paid IN FULL:  £1350 (on or before 7 July 2025 )

OR

  • Pay £1500 in 2 instalments:
    • £750 Deposit – to be paid upon registration
    • £750 Balance – to be paid on or before 1 August 2025

*Please note that your place is not confirmed until the deposit is paid (at least), and you may lose your spot if unpaid.

Registration Fee INCLUDES: 

  • 6 nights’ accommodation in a shared double room** (you may request a specific roommate in the Registration Form; Single rooms will incur a supplemental fee)
  • All meals: breakfast, light lunch, and dinner from Day 1 (29 Sept, dinner) to Day 7 (5 Oct, breakfast)
  • Luggage Transport** (small/medium soft bags only – NO LARGE LUGGAGE; supplemental fee for large luggage storage in San Sebastian)
  • Road Bike Rental (Giant TCR Advanced 1 Carbon Frame with Disc Brakes)
  • Helmet rental 
  • C4G2025 Cycling Jersey
  • Guides/Tour Leaders 
  • Support Vehicle 
  • Water supply for refills 

There will be an extra charge if you wish to opt for: 

  • £350 – Single Room Supplement (upon request in Registration Form, subject to availability)
  • Nominal charge for Luggage Storage**, upon request (price tbd)

**Note:  Only small/medium soft luggage will be transported during the 4 cycling days.  Since we are returning to our starting point, we may be able to offer storage for larger luggage in San Sebastian

Registration Fee does NOT INCLUDE: 

  • Drink bottles for bike
  • Airline tickets
  • Airport transfer 
  • Personal Travel Insurance (Compulsory)
  • Single room supplement
  • Large luggage storage fee (if needed, in San Sebastian)
  • Drinks at dinner
  • Clip-on pedals
